Role Overview

As a Guest Service Ambassador at Rapport, the successful candidate will be one of the key faces of a new client operation in Central London. The role will focus on creating a warm, professional, and personalised welcome for every guest and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival onwards.

The Guest Service Ambassador will work closely with colleagues, clients, and visitors, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver thoughtful and memorable service.

This position is ideal for a warm, confident, proactive, and service-focused individual who enjoys working with people and taking ownership of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities as Guest Service Ambassador

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all guests and visitors
  • Manage guest arrivals, enquiries, and requests with care and attention
  • Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the complete guest journey
  • Identify opportunities to create memorable guest experiences
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and front-of-house areas
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across reception and guest-facing spaces
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide a seamless service
  • Respond confidently to changing priorities and guest requirements
  • Identify creative ways to improve the overall guest experience
  • Support wider team activities, meetings, and events when required

Salary & Working Hours

  • £34,000 per year
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift rota between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Location: Central London
