Role Overview

As a Dedicated Network Receptionist at Rapport, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience to visitors, clients, and building occupiers at 40 Leadenhall in London.

The role involves independently managing the reception desk while maintaining consistently high service standards. The successful candidate will initially join Rapport’s Network team assigned to one client and may also support the wider Network Team when required.

When working across the wider network, the Receptionist will operate as a Corporate Mobile Receptionist, supporting different teams and client locations across London and the M25.

This position is ideal for someone professional, organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities as Dedicated Network Receptionist

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and consistently high standard of service to visitors, clients, and occupiers
  • Manage the reception desk and visitor check-in process efficiently
  • Create a welcoming and seamless arrival experience for guests
  • Maintain a polished, organised, and inviting reception environment
  • Support daily front-of-house operations and respond proactively to guest and client requirements
  • Follow building procedures, service standards, and client expectations
  • Work closely with Security, building teams, and occupiers to provide a smooth guest journey
  • Respond confidently and professionally to queries, requests, and unexpected situations
  • Represent Rapport and its client professionally at all times
  • Support the wider Network Team and corporate reception locations across London and the M25 when required

Salary & Working Hours

  • £32,960 per year
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM
  • Location: London, United Kingdom
  • Primary client location: 40 Leadenhall
