Role Overview

As a Floor Host at Rapport, the successful candidate will play a central role in creating an excellent workplace experience at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf, London.

The Floor Host will act as the main point of contact on the office floor, supporting employees and key stakeholders with their requests while ensuring meeting rooms, refreshment centres, print hubs, and other workplace facilities remain in excellent condition.

This position is ideal for an outgoing, professional, and service-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a welcoming workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities as Floor Host

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders on the office floor
• Build positive and professional relationships with employees and visitors
• Respond to guest and employee requests efficiently, professionally, and promptly
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and ready for use
• Check that meeting-room equipment is functioning correctly
• Maintain refreshment centres, print hubs, and general floor facilities
• Monitor general maintenance requirements and report issues when necessary
• Gather and review data relating to meeting-room utilisation and peak periods
• Support other service lines when required
• Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
• Participate in first aid and fire warden first-responder teams
• Help maintain consistently high workplace and customer-service standards

Salary & Working Hours

• £33,305 per year
• Full-time, permanent contract
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM
• Location: London, E14, near Canary Wharf
