Nuffield Health is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Clean Team Member (Bank) to join its Covent Garden Fitness & Wellbeing Club. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the club and ensuring that cleaning activities support an excellent customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Clean Team Member (Bank) at Nuffield Health, the successful candidate will organise cleaning duties and manage their time effectively, with support from a Team Leader. The role will involve cleaning a variety of areas throughout the Fitness & Wellbeing Club while ensuring that customers can continue to enjoy a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.

The position is offered on a bank basis, meaning there are no fixed weekly contracted hours. Shifts are worked on an ad-hoc basis according to business requirements and the individual’s availability.

This position is ideal for someone organised, hardworking, friendly, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities as Clean Team Member

• Clean and prepare a range of areas throughout the Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Club
• Maintain clean, pleasant, and safe facilities for customers and colleagues
• Clean gym areas, changing rooms, showers, and poolside facilities
• Carry out waste removal and periodic deep-cleaning duties
• Follow established Nuffield Health cleaning processes and procedures
• Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly
• Operate equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Organise cleaning tasks and manage time effectively
• Work with the Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not negatively affect the customer experience
• Take pride in maintaining high standards across the club
• Interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Support the wider Nuffield Health team with general facilities and cleaning requirements
