The Nuffield Health Clean Team plays an important role in maintaining high standards throughout its Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs, helping customers enjoy a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Role Overview

As a Clean Team Member at Nuffield Health, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the club clean, safe, and well presented. Working with support from a Team Leader, the Clean Team Member will organise cleaning duties and manage their time effectively to ensure cleaning activities do not interfere with the customer experience.

The role involves using modern cleaning equipment and products, with training provided to support safe and effective working practices. A friendly approach and good communication skills are also important when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities as Clean Team Member

• Clean and prepare a range of areas throughout the Fitness & Wellbeing Club
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards
• Use cleaning equipment safely, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Clean gym areas, changing rooms, showers, and poolside facilities
• Remove waste and complete periodic deep-cleaning tasks
• Organise cleaning duties and manage time effectively with support from the Team Leader
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Support the wider Nuffield Health team in delivering a positive customer experience

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Location: Moorgate Fitness & Wellbeing Club, London
• Contract: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Part time
• Hours: 6 hours per week
• Salary: £27,768 per year, pro rata
