Job Description

An established BAFE and NSI-accredited fire and security company is seeking an experienced professional to lead its London branch. The organisation provides fire and security solutions and is looking for someone who can take responsibility for branch operations, team leadership, customer service, and continued business development.

The Perigon Search is open to experienced managers as well as Senior Engineers or Supervisors who have already demonstrated leadership skills and are ready to progress into a branch management position.

Role Overview

As a Fire & Security Branch Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the London branch and play a key role in managing both engineering and office teams. The position involves coordinating service delivery, repairs, workloads, compliance, and customer standards while helping improve overall branch performance.

This opportunity is suited to a technically experienced fire and security professional with previous supervisory or leadership experience who is ready to take greater responsibility for people, projects, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities as Fire & Security Branch Manager

  • Lead and manage the engineering and office teams
