Nuffield Health is looking for a skilled Digital Analyst to join its Head Office team in London. The role will focus on digital analytics across Nuffield Health’s websites and apps, turning performance data into clear insights that support trading, product, marketing, and technology decisions.
Role Overview
As a Digital Analyst at Nuffield Health, the successful candidate will take ownership of Adobe Analytics data across the organisation’s digital channels. The role will involve analysing web and app performance, producing regular reports, and identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, bookings, customer experience, and other key digital outcomes.
Working with tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Tableau, the Digital Analyst will help Nuffield Health understand not only what is happening across its digital estate but also why it is happening and what actions can improve performance.
This position is suited to an experienced digital analytics professional who can translate complex data into practical recommendations and confidently influence business decisions through evidence and insight.
Key Responsibilities as Digital Analyst
- Own Nuffield Health’s Adobe Analytics implementation and ensure digital data remains accurate and reliable
- Build and maintain segments, dimensions, calculated metrics, and reporting configurations within Adobe Analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly digital performance reports for trading stakeholders
- Translate complex analytics data into clear, actionable business insights
- Use Tableau data alongside Adobe Analytics to develop a broader understanding of customer and product performance
- Analyse completed digital initiatives and report on their impact against agreed objectives
- Forecast and prioritise upcoming analytics and reporting requirements in line with the digital roadmap
- Analyse A/B testing results through Adobe Target and ensure recommendations are supported by statistically sound evidence
- Work closely with trading, product, marketing, and technology teams to encourage evidence-based decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, bookings, customer acquisition, and customer experience
- Present findings and recommendations clearly, including the expected benefits of proposed improvements
- Support the organisation in tracking and demonstrating the value generated from digital initiatives
Desirable Experience
- Working knowledge of Tableau or another business intelligence and data visualisation platform
- Understanding of statistical concepts used in experimentation, including sample size, significance, and confidence intervals
- Experience working in retail, membership, subscription, or another commercially focused environment
- Experience within the medical or healthcare sector
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and performance measurement

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience using Adobe Analytics in a digital reporting, analytics, or insight role Hands-on experience with Adobe Target and A/B testing Proven experience identifying opportunities that improve key performance indicators Ability to measure and demonstrate the business benefits of analytics-led recommendations Strong ability to transform complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confidence influencing business decisions through data and evidence Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics segments, dimensions, reporting structures, and configuration
