Nuffield Health is looking for a skilled Content Editor to join its Digital team and take responsibility for creating, managing, optimising, and publishing high-quality digital content across its online platforms.
Role Overview
As a Content Editor at Nuffield Health, the successful candidate will use their expertise in content management systems to deliver digital content that supports business and customer outcomes.
The role will focus on producing clear and engaging content, improving digital experiences, applying SEO and accessibility best practices, and ensuring existing website content remains accurate and up to date. The Content Editor will also work with digital assets such as images and videos while collaborating with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
This position is well suited to an experienced digital content professional with strong CMS knowledge, excellent writing skills, analytical ability, and experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities as Content Editor
- Create, build, optimise, and publish digital content across Nuffield Health platforms
- Use content management systems such as Brightspot, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Ensure published content meets Nuffield Health’s website quality standards and brand guidelines
- Write and edit clear, engaging content that is easy for target audiences to understand
- Use content to improve digital engagement, click-through rates, digital NPS, sales, and task completion
- Apply SEO and accessibility best practices to digital content
- Regularly review and update existing website pages to keep information accurate and relevant
- Create, manage, and adapt digital assets including images and videos
- Work with analytical tools to understand content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support A/B testing campaigns and use results to improve digital content
- Manage multiple content projects and deliveries simultaneously
- Work collaboratively within Scrum and iterative development environments
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver content that meets agreed customer and business outcomes

Requirements
- Previous experience managing websites and using multiple CMS platforms Significant professional experience in content editing and digital content production Experience delivering non-development changes through content management systems Proven experience working within a complex IT or digital environment with a high volume of change Ability to manage several projects and content deliveries at the same time Experience using analytical platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical content improvements Experience running A/B testing campaigns Excellent written communication and editing skills Experience working within a Scrum environment Knowledge of HTML and basic CSS Understanding of UX and UI principles Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development lifecycles Collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes
