The company is the sole UK distributor of a specialist water-cooled air conditioning system designed for locations where conventional outdoor units are not suitable, including heritage buildings, planning-restricted properties, and sites with limited external space.

Role Overview

As an Air Conditioning Install Engineer, the successful candidate will carry out installation work across London and the South East. The role will involve working on split systems, multi-split systems, and air-to-air systems across commercial sites, schools, data centres, and high-end central London residential properties.

The position is primarily installation-focused, with engineers expected to manage their own workload and take projects through from installation to completion. While installation will remain the main responsibility, there may be occasional opportunities to support service and fault-finding work when required.

This is a permanent position offering a base salary of £65,000–£70,000, with overtime available in addition to the basic salary.

Key Responsibilities as an Air Conditioning Install Engineer

• Install split, multi-split, and air-to-air conditioning systems
• Complete air conditioning installation projects across London and the South East
• Work on commercial buildings, schools, data centres, and high-end residential properties
• Manage installation work independently from start to completion
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Carry out service and fault-finding work when required
• Travel between customer and project sites as part of the role
• Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate and professional standards throughout each installation

Salary & Working Conditions

• £65,000–£70,000 basic salary
