Role Overview

As a Night Security Officer, the successful candidate will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, visitors, and hotel property during overnight operations.

The role is part of the hotel’s Safety and Security team and requires a professional, alert, and customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will monitor the hotel, respond to incidents, support emergency procedures, and work with colleagues to maintain high security standards.

This position is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of combining effective security with excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities as Night Security Officer

  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the hotel
  • Protect guests, team members, visitors, and hotel property
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks
  • Monitor hotel areas for potential security or safety risks
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
  • Support the implementation of hotel security and safety procedures
  • Monitor security systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
  • Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports
  • Assist guests and team members with security-related concerns
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments and emergency services when required
