Key Responsibilities as Graduate Executive Search Consultant

  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Become a market specialist within the assigned sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior candidates and clients
  • Learn how to originate and deliver high-value executive search assignments
  • Work closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates
  • Contribute to business development, client relationship management, market mapping, candidate engagement, negotiation, and delivery

Salary & Earnings Potential

  • £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
  • Realistic Year 1 earnings of £40,000–£60,000
  • £80,000+ earning potential in Year 2
  • £150,000+ earning potential in Year 3
