Role Overview

As a 2027 Data Management and Analysis Placement participant, the successful candidate will join Hilton’s Safety & Security team for a 12-month corporate placement based at the company’s EMEA Headquarters in Watford.

The role will provide hands-on experience in data analysis, project management, risk management, and strategic planning. The placement participant will support global safety and security teams by analysing information and providing insights that can help inform operational decisions and risk mitigation strategies.

This opportunity is designed for a current university student who is required to complete a 12-month year-in-industry placement as part of their degree.

Key Responsibilities as a Data Management & Analysis Placement

• Support Hilton’s Global Safety & Security team and regional directors
• Assist with data management and analysis across key safety and security areas
• Analyse accident and claims data, insurance reports, guest assistance records, and vendor incident information
• Support projects involving occupational health and safety
• Contribute to food safety and fire safety activities
• Assist with security and crisis management projects
• Support trading standards and public health-related activities
• Contribute to team member housing and disability compliance initiatives where applicable
• Use analytical findings to support operational decisions and risk assessments
• Assist with forecasting and identifying potential high-risk areas
• Contribute to global safety and security projects
• Take ownership of project-based initiatives during the placement
• Work collaboratively with safety, security, and other business teams
