Role Overview
As a Security & Risk Manager, this professional will lead and develop a team of 40+ security personnel, overseeing all aspects of security operations, car parking management, and enterprise-wide risk mitigation. Working autonomously yet collaboratively, the role ensures that robust security protocols, proactive risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives are embedded across daily operations.
This position suits an experienced, strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving a strong security culture while managing complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities as Security & Risk Manager
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ security professionals, fostering accountability and high performance
- Oversee all security operations, including access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management, and emergency response
- Conduct comprehensive site risk and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend practical mitigation strategies
- Manage car parking operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Develop, review, and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation in line with regulatory and client requirements
- Coordinate security system architecture and deployment, including access control, intrusion detection, and intercoms
- Track and investigate physical security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-through
- Promote a proactive security culture through training, awareness initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements
- Six or more years of experience within the security sector, with proven leadership of large teams Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and security infrastructure (Genetec experience preferred) Demonstrated expertise in risk management frameworks, compliance, and audit programmes Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and third-party vendors Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision Professional certification such as ASP, PSP, or CPP is advantageous Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
