Role Overview

As an Assistant Client Manager – Mobilisation Energy, the successful candidate will support Client Managers in delivering a first-class energy service to Savills clients. The role will involve working closely with internal teams to support effective client management strategies and contribute to the continued growth of the Energy team.

The position is suited to someone with experience in the Utilities sector who is comfortable working with data, interpreting information and using multiple software systems. Strong IT, organisational and communication skills are important, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Thorough ongoing training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities as Assistant Client Manager – Mobilisation Energy

  • Support Client Managers in delivering high-quality energy services
  • Assist with client management and mobilisation activities
  • Ensure utility data is accurate and properly maintained
  • Process and support the management of utility invoices
  • Investigate and resolve client and utility-related queries
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis
  • Work with internal teams to support effective client management strategies
  • Help ensure new clients and portfolios are onboarded efficiently
  • Support the setup of energy and utility services from day one
  • Contribute to the development of client-focused energy services
  • Maintain accurate records across relevant software systems
  • Support the wider Energy team with its growth objectives
