Role Overview

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer at Mitie, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems across London. The role involves travelling across the SE, DA, and BR areas, working with equipment from leading manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG.

This position is suited to an experienced maintenance or facilities management professional with relevant air conditioning qualifications, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently across different customer locations.

Key Responsibilities as Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

• Service, maintain, and repair split air conditioning systems
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on VRV and VRF systems
• Service and maintain heat pump systems
• Complete inspection reports, maintenance records, and remedial work documentation accurately
• Maintain accurate logs of completed engineering work
• Work on refrigeration equipment where required, including chilled cabinets, multideck units, and ice machines
• Travel between customer and client sites across the assigned London areas
• Participate in the company’s on-call rota when required
• Follow health, safety, technical, and company procedures at all times

• 40 hours per week

• Coverage includes SE, DA, and BR areas
• Mobile role requiring travel between different sites
• On-call rota participation required
